2. Service Description

Hotelio AI is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform that provides web-based hotel management tools powered by artificial intelligence technology.

The Service includes the following features, which may be available depending on your subscription plan:

3. Intellectual Property Rights

3.1 Platform Ownership

The Hotelio AI platform, including all software, code, tools, interfaces, and design, is exclusively owned by Griponisiotis EE. No part of the platform may be copied, modified, or distributed without written permission.

3.2 User Data Ownership

The data you store through the Service (including reservation information, guest profiles, reports, and other information) remains exclusively your property. You retain full rights to access, use, and export your data.

3.3 Usage Restrictions

You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the platform for the purposes of managing your hotel. The platform may not be used in any other way without prior written consent.

4. Subscription Terms

4.1 SaaS Subscriptions

The Service is provided on a subscription basis. Your subscription is activated after signing the agreement and completing payment.

4.2 Duration and Renewal

Your subscription has the duration agreed upon and renews automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. We will notify you of the upcoming renewal.

4.3 Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account. Cancellation becomes effective on the date you choose, and your access will terminate at the end of the current billing period.

5. Service Availability

We make continuous efforts to maintain high availability of the Service. However, we do not guarantee a specific availability percentage. Scheduled downtime for maintenance, updates, and improvements may occur.

We will provide reasonable notice for any scheduled maintenance. We are not liable for damages arising from temporary service interruptions.

6. Disclaimer of AI Results

The Hotelio AI platform uses artificial intelligence (AI) technology for various functions, such as automated voice response, text generation, and forecasting.

You assume responsibility for accurate input data description and verification of outputs. In case of errors or inappropriate results, please report them immediately to [email protected].

7. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with the law. Specifically, you must not:

• Use the Service in a way that violates the law or the rights of third parties
• Conduct security attacks, hacking, or monitoring of the platform
• Create automated requests or bots without authorization
• Store or transmit content that is illegal, defamatory, or offensive
• Use the Service for spam, phishing, or other malicious activities
• Disclose or share your account credentials with third parties
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts

8. Data Protection

We maintain high standards of data protection in accordance with the European GDPR regulation and Greek personal data protection laws. Your data is encrypted during transmission and storage.

We will not sell, transmit, or disclose your data to third parties without your explicit consent, except where required by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no case shall Griponisiotis EE's total liability exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the last 3 months.

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Use the Service in an unlawful manner
• Act in a way that causes or risks causing harm to other users or us
• Have an outstanding account balance

In case of termination, we will permit you to export your data within 30 days unless there is legal justification for refusal.

11. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after notification constitutes acceptance of the modifications.

12. Data Export and Termination

If you wish to discontinue your subscription, you can request the export of all your data in a common digital format. We will provide your data within 15 business days.

After subscription termination, your data will be retained for 90 days before deletion, during which you can request restoration.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece (Greek Law). Any dispute arising from these Terms or the use of the Service shall be resolved exclusively by the competent courts of Corinth.
