Hotelio is AI software for hotels and holiday properties, built in Greece. It connects to the PMS you already use and takes over guest communication, online check-in, housekeeping, pricing suggestions, reviews and building control (locks, air conditioning, sensors), from one screen.

How can I automate my hotel with AI?

Does it replace my PMS?

No. Hotelio works on top of your existing PMS, with no data migration and no change to how your front desk works.

Live today: Hotelizer and WebHotelier. For other systems, ask us: new connections are added based on demand.

Is it suitable for my hotel?

Yes, if you run a hotel of 10 rooms or more, or manage a group of hotels. Hotelio was born inside a working hotel, Sette Suites & Rooms in Xylokastro, and is tested there every day. The leaner the front-desk team, the more you gain, because the front desk keeps answering when nobody is at the desk.

Which languages does it speak?

The guest's language, automatically: more than 30 languages, 24/7.

Does the AI make decisions on its own?

It answers everyday questions on its own, within the rules you set. Anything it cannot handle goes to a person. Price changes to your channels are never applied without your approval.

How much does Hotelio cost?

It depends on the size of the property and the services you choose. After a short demo we send you an offer for your property.

How fast can I start?

In about two weeks: we connect your PMS, train the AI on your property's information and you are fully live.

Do I need technical knowledge?

No. We do the connection and the setup. You give us your property's information (house rules, amenities, arrival instructions) and approve how the AI answers.

What about guests' personal data?
