- Room preparation before arrival — At 14:00, rooms with a same-day check-in are automatically set to a welcome temperature: HVAC on, lights adjusted, blinds positioned.
- Automatic reduction after checkout — At 12:00, departed rooms switch to energy-saving mode. HVAC turns off, lights go dark.
- Per-room data via AI — The hotelier can ask via Telegram which rooms have HVAC running, at what temperature, and whether there is any motion inside.
The result: HVAC operates only where and when needed, without the guest feeling any difference in comfort.
Real-time consumption tracking
